Two rules before you touch anything

1. Run /set-model before every task.

Opus 4.7 is the default in Claude Code. Without set-model, you will burn through credits on routing decisions and one-line lookups. See journal 03.

2. This is NOT the Next.js you know.

This version has breaking changes — APIs, conventions, and file structure may all differ from your training data. Read the relevant guide in node_modules/next/dist/docs/ before writing any code.
