For experts
If you're John, Mark, or Ewing — head to the Expert User Guide instead. It tells you what to expect from your sessions with Charlie and Bear, what we want from you in each one, and how to give feedback that builds operators.
The mission, in one paragraph
Take the Meetings page and the Deals page from working tools to a B2B CRM automation engine that lets Mark, John, and Ewing each cover 5 times as many deals at the same quality. Charlie owns the front of the funnel. Bear owns the back. You'll build features on top of a foundation that's already shipped: feature registry, permissions, circuit breakers, agent tickets, the handoff contract. Your first builds are entry points, not destinations.

1. Doppler handles every credential. You will never need to find or paste an API key. If you ever feel like you need to, stop and re-read the rules.
2. All data writes go through API routes. Never write to Supabase from the browser. Ever.
3. Drafts need approval before they send. Never auto-send a letter or email. Ever.
