  3. Community size/engagement?
    Massive — 260 activations during COVID including ADP (10K devs), Michelle Obama on platform.
  4. Inbound buyer interest?
    8 offers in 2022 ($9M-$45M). Domain brokers say $15-20M. SAP, Oracle, Workday, OpenAI, Anthropic, Big 4 all interested.
  5. Perfect outcome?
    Good exit + good home for employees (20-30 year tenure). No CEO role. Open to 2-year transition.
